Tunisian Crochet Tutorials

Tunisian crochet has become one of my favorite needle arts. Once many crocheters give it a try, they find themselves completely fascinated by its beautiful texture, structure, and versatility. I’ve only been practicing it for a few years myself, but it has quickly become a technique I reach for again and again.

This page gathers the written Tunisian crochet tutorials I’ve created for my blog. I’ve also linked selected videos from well-known Tunisian crochet teachers as helpful supplements to the written instruction. While videos can be incredibly useful, I still believe there is great value in learning to work from written patterns. It builds confidence, strengthens your skills, and gives you the freedom to keep creating even when you’re away from a screen.

If you’re new to Tunisian crochet, I recommend starting with the basic stitches first. Once you feel comfortable with the forward pass, return pass, and bind off, you can move on to the stitch patterns and explore even more texture and design possibilities.

I hope you find these tutorials helpful. Thanks so much for stopping by!
